CIC Plus is looking for a Help Desk Analyst that can work the ticket queue, support local and remote users, and maintain office technologies. This role is the only help desk person so we are looking for someone who is a great multi-tasker with high energy, who is a problem solver, is organized, and can think on their feet. Purpose of Role:
- Maintaining and improving on-premises technologies
- Working ServiceNow ticket Queue
- Assisting users with day-to-day questions and challenges
- Packing and shipping equipment to users
- Troubleshooting security related issues such as passwords and authentication
- Escalating issues to the appropriate team as necessary
- Purchasing laptops and other computer equipment and maintaining adequate inventory
- Setting up new users’ accounts, laptops, and other equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential to success in this position

Skills
- Windows laptop/desktop administration
- Troubleshooting Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office and desktop applications
- Familiar with MFA, MDM, and MAM security
- Support Remote Users with tools like TeamViewer, resolving issues like server connectivity
- Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Exchange Server, Teams, and SharePoint Administration experience
- Android and iOS mobile app and security setup support
- Experience with Windows 10 Enterprise
- Some pluses:
- ServiceNow, 3CX, Duo Admin, Palo Alto Global Protect, SnagIt experience
- RDP / RDS connection support
- PowerShell, Command-line experience
- Windows 11 Enterprise
- Experience with high-volume, heavy-duty printers and postal sealers

This will begin as an on-site (Skokie), full-time position. Later, it can transition to a split between on-site and home. All employees must pass a rigorous background check.
