Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence
- Coordinate project-based work
- Conduct research as needed for various projects
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with file management and organization
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
This position requires strong people and clerical skills, and the ability to transcribe information accurately. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively and work well in a team environment. A love of design a big plus!

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
