Position Summary
The Administrative Support Analyst supports Client Relationship (Sales) Executives and Client Management team with expense reports, travel support, meeting coordination, logistics, supplies, and other tasks as needed.
Additionally, this position monitors and distributes sales leads from web-forms and voice message. The Administrative Sales Support Analyst will assist in organizing eviCore’s annual growth conference and other internal and external conference meetings.
Primary Responsibilities
Support assigned team with Travel & Meeting logistics, tools and supply ordering, Monitoring sales referrals and assisting with Ad hoc projects as requested by leadership.
Support invoicing for tools, databases, and other sales technologies
Support Sales team with Help Desk requests and technology issues
Monitor the eviCore sales phone number and distribute sales leads
Assist with ad hoc projects as requested by leadership
Distribute weekly Growth newsletter through Pardot
Collect updates from leaders for monthly EC Growth update
Maintain an updated list eviCore and joint Health Services clients
Enroll Growth employees in eviCore’s Sales Certification Program; coordinate training events and define technology onboarding training for new team members.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Adept with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Salesforce reporting, Pardot or similar CRM products a plus.
Ability to interact with executive-level clients and prospects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently; highly agile and adaptable to change
Works well independently with some direction; thrives in fast paced environment
Background, Experience and Education
Associate degree or higher required.
Five (5) years experience supporting sales, marketing or executive teams required
