Job Summary
Assist with segment project tasks assigned by Operations departments (with oversight from Sr Operations Director, Operations Director; guidance and project tasks aligned to Learning and Staff Development Lead)
Facilitate the design, development, and implementation of centralized training efforts, online training programs/material/videos, new operational controls, performance metrics, and information management systems
Create and maintain design and development guidelines, including high-level and detailed procedures, user interface templates, and instructional and assessment strategies
Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and recommend improvements •Communicate enhancements and modifications of business requirements to project owners and other stakeholders so that issues are resolved and solutions are in place
Complete day-to-day business project management tasks without immediate supervision, but have ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolve non-routine issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (in business administration, marketing, or similar)
Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of progressively responsible project management experience
Experience with classroom, virtual, and hybrid facilitation and experiential learning with all levels of an organization
Strong project management, communication and time management skills
Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
Expert skills with critical Microsoft tools (Excel formulas, PowerPoint slide creation, Outlook inbox management) and CRM (SFDC)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidential information in highly professional manner
Demonstrate flexibility, ability to adjust priorities, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Experience with supporting a virtual workforce and virtual learning technologies including Webex
Experience in providing constructive feedback and/or coaching to peers
Background in developing and delivering training for early career employees strongly preferred
Understanding of Cigna’s health and wellness capabilities preferred
