The Facets Software Engineering Advisor will provide expert professional leadership on complex Engineering assignments/projects and act as the principal designer for major systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs.
Key Responsibilities
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 100,500 - 167,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.).
- Work closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution.
- Codes new or modified programs, reuse existing code through the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions.
- Documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications.
- Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
- Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
- Focuses on providing thought leadership within Application Development while working on broader projects that require understanding of wider business.
- Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
- Responsible for all facets of the development, maintenance, and support of applications with strong emphasis on the analysis of the business requirements and written communication of technical design.
- Support production implementation activities. Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of application programs using Full-stack software developer tools in support of business and customers.
- Full Stack Engineer up to 3-5 years development experience working in a large corporate environment
- Experience working with web, desktop and distributed based applications
- Technology skillset required: .NET C#, SQL
- Experience with the utilization of version control software
- Experience developing in an CI/CD environment
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in an Agile framework
- Technology skillset: Angular, NodeJS, AWS
- Excellent troubleshooting & strong communication skills
- Knowledge and/or experience within the Health Care Industry
