The Partner Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an Associate to manage, administer and organize activities across the Global Partners team. This position is located in the Phoenix office and will report to the 1st Vice President of Partner Solutions Group. The Associate will own and facilitate day‐to‐day tasks and ensure clear and effective coordination and communication across the group and with internal client groups.

This position is best suited for those candidates who thrive in a culture that emphasizes cross‐ functional collaboration and accountability for delivering results. This person will work closely with Portfolio Oversight, Fund Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Accounting and Investments. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting CIM’s Global (Institutional) Distribution Team to attract capital to our funds while also supporting business development internationally

• Collaborate closely with the team to fulfill the department’s functional and operational objectives and goals effectively.
• Handle and manage responses to programmatic and ad-hoc prospective investor inquiries, such as RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs.
• Cultivate clear and effective communication channels within the group and across CIM.
• Define project scopes in collaboration with the Relations Manager and management.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables at the required level of quality.
• Conduct research and analysis on potential investors, competitors, and market trends.
• Maintain the team schedule and assist in coordinating investor meetings.
• Attend in-person/phone meetings and support post-meeting communication and other marketing efforts.
• Format information for internal and external communication purposes, including Salesforce reports, emails, and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses required for this role

• Excellent interpersonal and superior oral/written communication skills
• Collaborates extensively with colleagues at all levels and locations to deliver effectively
• Exhibits flexibility to adapt work and priorities to changing scenarios
• Proficiency using Excel, Word, Salesforce and other Microsoft Office products

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.

At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Phoenix is $75,000 - $95,000.
