Cim-Tek Filtration is expanding our shipping department to meet customer demands. Cim-Teak is a leading innovator in solutions that protect the world’s fuel and hydraulic fluids. Our products are sold in farm stores, installed on gas station pumps, and used in many other capacities around the world. We have been family owned and operated since our first product was engineered in 1956. We are a small team who value hard work, collaboration, and integrity.
Job Title: Shipping Clerk Department: 31 – Shipping
Reports To: Shipping/Receiving Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
The shipping clerk requires employees to pack and ship out orders according to customers needs. The employee will also be required to load and unload shipments as well as assist with inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill parcel size, LTL, and container size orders
- Maintenance of part count accuracy of inventory materials and finished goods weekly.
- Operate forklift and turn in routine forklift maintenance sheets and 5S checklist
- Order supplies as needed
- Load and unload trucks.
- Perform parcel carrier responsibilities according to regulations
- Learn service levels and options of parcel carriers used.
- Loading/unloading truck orders
- Process LTL orders
- Fill out Bill of Lading
- Pick and pack products from stock on to skid
- Perform dock audits
- Wrap and weigh skids
- Log daily call-in information
- Learn FedEx program: Process FedEx orders and run parcel shipment reports at end of day
- Ensure responsibilities are performed in accordance with ISO work instructions
- Must be forklift certified
- Must have valid driver’s license

- Must have ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the day, up to 100lbs using team lift
- Standing long periods of time
- Reaching and squatting
- Required to work in non-temperature controlled facility
