Pool Construction Service Tech / Start up

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service/Start Up Technician to join our team. As a Service/Start Up Technician, you will be responsible for performing the start ups on newly plastered pools, complete punch lists items, program/install controls, pool chemicals, start up equipment and a variety of construction and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct pool construction inspections to identify repair needs and determine appropriate solutions

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete various repair and installation tasks

-Start up newly plastered pools

- Complete Punch List Items

- Program/Install Remote Controls

-Ensure Pool Start Up Chemistry

-Start Up Equipment

-Troubleshoot/Assessments for pool equipment

Experience:

- Proven experience in construction or related field

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

- Strong knowledge of drywall repair techniques

- Experience in carpentry, including door hanging and framing

- Familiarity with glass installation processes

- Skills in masonry work, such as bricklaying and concrete repairs

- Ability to fabricate and install cabinets accurately

- Knowledge of plaster repair techniques
