Job Description:
- Serve as a Senior Product Manager of Engineering Architecture to provide support across engineering segments, including Lean portfolio management, solution management, integration and data architecture, enterprise architecture and digital enterprise architecture, and user communities.
- Work with the breadth of engineering stakeholders to ensure the product is addressing their needs.
- Establish the technical direction for the engineering domain’s digital enterprise solution, while also addressing legacy capability delivery and strategic go-forward platform integrations.
- Partner with the business and vendors to ensure the architecture fits both user needs and is conveyed clearly for solution development and delivery.
- Coordinate across segments to also ensure collaborative thinking takes place to bring about a more robust end solution.

- Experience in the digital enterprise engineering space, with exposure to the various engineering segments.
- Exposure to and familiarity with software architecture.
- 2 or more years of experience leading teams in the values, principles, and practices of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- 5 or more years of experience in developing and communicating product vision, including capturing and modeling end-user and stakeholder needs (functional and non-functional) to lead backlog refinement and product development.
- 5 or more years of experience building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment and have been directly involved in gathering requirements.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 10 or more years of experience, Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience, or Master's degree.
