The Position Specific Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing initiatives within established parameters and within established timeframes and budgets in support of the company brand, sales efforts, and development projects.

What You Need To Have:

• Experience performing financial analytical work and active asset management; real estate industry experience preferred
• The ability to provide strategic recommendations to ensure maximum asset performance and financial value to the company
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
• The ability to work collaboratively with lenders as well as both external and internal customers
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency in financial software programs
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
• High level of computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products and financial software programs

Credentials Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $90,000.00. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, and other job related factors as permitted by law.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
