Member Service Representative /Teller

Cincinnati Ohio Police Federal Credit Union (COPFCU) is looking for a part-time Member Service Representative/Teller to provide service, information and exceptional customer service regarding all products and services offered by COPFCU.

This full-time position earns a competitive wage of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER

As an entry-level Member Service Representative/Teller, you cheerfully greet current and prospective members, taking the time to really listen to their needs. You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our members. With your great customer service skills, you help solve problems and provide information about our credit union and the banking services we offer. You will also refer calls to the appropriate team member in order to best assist our members.

You take pride in contributing to our success by treating our members as people, not numbers!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Helpful and pleasant demeanor
• Customer Service skills
• Cash handling/banking experience a plus!

Customer service experience and bank or credit union experience are preferred but not required. Are you attentive to detail? Do you have great customer service and problem-solving skills? Are you willing to learn and grow in the banking industry? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!

WORK SCHEDULE

The work schedule for this part-time position is 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating half-day Saturdays. A perfect schedule for anyone with children in school!
