Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist with the intake and processing of newly received equipment, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for and effectively moved through our internal systems. Experience creating content (photo/video), and managing social media accounts will be a valued skill set for this position. This role involves a mix of technical, organizational, and creative tasks, providing an excellent opportunity to develop a diverse skill set in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with various cinema equipment (ARRI, Red Digital Cinema, Zeiss, Sony, Angenieux, Cooke).
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Equipment Intake and Verification:
- Assist with checking in newly purchased equipment.
- Identify product details and ensure all items are accurately accounted for.
- Add incoming Inventory items to our Airtable Database. Research items as needed to create accurate product descriptions/titles.
- Check incoming equipment (accessories, tripods, cameras, lenses) to ensure they are up to company standards.
- Identify faulty items, and manage them within our business systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of Airtable, and how our company database functions.
- Technical Support and Coordination:
- Reach out to manufacturers, service companies, or vendors to resolve problems and get equipment to company standards.
- Product Photography and Media:
- Shoot product and lifestyle photography.
- Shoot/edit video content for marketing products.
- Shipping Management:
- Handle the shipping process for sold items, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Ensure items are shipped safely, avoiding any damage during transit.
- Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
- Be a team player with a no problem attitude.
- Think outside the box to solve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Open, honest communication is an essential part of our company culture.

Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Ideally, have rental house knowledge or experience with cinema equipment.
- Tech-savvy with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Drive.
- Bonus if experienced with Airtable.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills.
