Job Description
Immediate Need :Business Intelligence Project Manager ; REMOTE
Location :REDMOND,WA (REMOTE)
Duration : 18 Months
1Previous MSFT experience | 8 Years
2Experience with ADO, SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft internal tools| 8 Years
3Previous experience in a PM role | 8 Years
• Directly responsible for delivering Project timeline & deliverable, including creating and managing a workback plan
• Create and maintain Azure Dev ops (ADO) instance
• Document program from start to finish, including detailing user stories, features, and Epics
• Take detailed notes and actions in meetings
• Document and manage risks/ issues
• Document Requirements within Azure Dev Ops (ADO)Engineering and Business, Groom backlog, and run sprint/ status meetings
o Status Syncs with Business Leads
o Develop and implement Training Materials
o Develop and Plan UAT including UAT signoff, Go-No-Go meeting, Go live and postmortem bug review
• Collaborate with the v-team and trainers to develop readiness and training for impacted roles
• Manage team calendar and rhythm of business (ROB) in SharePoint
• Works independently and engages Program Manager when additional support is required
• Drives assigned tasks to completion by effectively communicating with owners on when tasks are due, and offering support when necessary
• Engage stakeholders and Project team members in a professional manner, including Executives and leaders
Preferred experience:
o Preferred experience as *** Program Manager or Business Lead, with demonstrated success bringing a concept or idea from start to finish
o Familiar with *** Customer Service and support (CSS) organization
o Self-starter to learn new tooling (ADO, SharePoint, Excel, *** internal tools)
o Understands change management processes and methodologies such as Prosci
o Can monitor and report status of landing efforts and adoption metrics
Requirements
•Years of Experience Required – 8 years minimum.
•Degrees or certifications required – Bachelor's in related fields preferred. Prosci Change Management Cert preferred.
•Disqualifiers – Industry mismatches, job hopping, does not have previous MSFT experience.
•Best vs. Average – Previous MSFT experience working as a PM and larger program within the business.
•Performance indicators – Quality of work and meeting deadlines
