Cloud Architect

Job Description

Summary: Technical architects design, implement and improve systems for business clients. They are responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems and overseeing/leading the implementation of programs and development teams.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze and define clients’ business strategy and determine system architecture requirements to achieve business goals.
• Formulate strategic plans for component development to sustain future project objectives.
• Gather detailed business requirements and use cases, and translate technical specifications into product requirements.
• Create team strategies and establish project scopes of work; communicate project deliverable timeframes and benchmarks to clients.
• Develop data architecture design to facilitate targeted customer analysis.
• Suggest architectural improvements, design, and integration solutions, and formulate methodologies to optimize object-oriented software and database development.
• Support the development team and business partners for the entire life cycle of product development (i.e., Planning, Analysis, Design,
• Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance).
• Organize end user training and problem analysis for server, desktop, and IT infrastructure work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Linux and Windows application errors, and implement solutions to improve efficiency."

Minimum Qualifications:

• Highly skilled in architecting solution designs for complex organizational issues. Worked as Solution Architect for more than 3 years.
• Experienced in high level solution design and help to estimate overall budget needs which helps business Sponsors for road map decisions
• Experienced in application use-case modeling and designing analysis, realization, design, development
• Deep understanding of wide range of technologies with the focus on delivering business solution
•  Experienced in leading offshore clients/teams effectively
• 5 years of Professional experience in Software requirements, design and development cycles in-depth knowledge
• 5 year experience in leading teams in agile project environments and scrum process
• Expertise in the rapid design and development
• 7 years of Hands on experience on Linux and Windows
• 3 years of programming experience (i.e., C, C , C#, Java, Python, Go, Shell, Bash)
• 3 years of hands-on technical experience with AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS/Azure/GCP Certification
• Bi-lingual(English/Japanese)
• Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing system
• Demonstrate knowledge of MS SaaS
• Demonstrate knowledge of Integrated DevOps tools and processes, operations automation technologies with a focus on automation and selfservice
