Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet and assist customers who enter the facility
Answer incoming calls and inquires
Maintain the appearance of the showroom/service area
Collect payment from customers
Regularly update customers on the repair status of their vehicle
Assist the Management staff with various clerical duties as needed
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Positive attitude
Friendly and team player
