Qualifications:

• Automotive appraisal, inspection, or buying experience is a plus, but we will train the right individual
• Proficiency in inspecting and identifying mechanical, cosmetic, and structural damage in vehicles
• Experience with booking cars and accessing prices on vehicles is a plus
• B2C sales experience is preferred, as negotiation skills are essential for securing deals
• Must be willing to travel extensively and have reliable transportation
• Highly organized, structured, and self-motivated individual
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Acquire inventory from online platforms and auctions, actively seeking leads and appointments for vehicle purchases.
• Analyze automotive industry trends and vehicle values using resources such as KBB and MMR.
• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, cosmetic, and structural issues accurately.
• Negotiate prices with customers based on their price points and market value.
• Stay updated on new products, features, and sources of vehicle supply.
• Serve as a liaison between the purchasing function and other business units.
• Travel throughout the territory to purchase vehicles from private party sellers
