WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a superstar Assistant Associate to play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our account team. You will manage various projects from brief to execution in the sports and experiences space for a financial services client. The Assistant Associate should be highly organized, driven and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Responsible for day-to-day support of account team for financial services client
  • Projects include, but not limited to US based golf and tennis properties
  • Represent client, developing and executing B2C campaigns and events against existing sports and experiences sponsorships according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
  • Analyze client results into actionable takeaways
  • Utilizes agency tools in conveying all necessary information (i.e. creative briefs, job starts)
  • Solicit and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
  • Develop full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
  • Craft account maintenance documentation including but not limited to management of project financials, including job reconciliation, meeting agendas, status recaps, weekly or monthly client reports, and more
  • Create estimates with understanding of fee structure and client parameters
  • Establishes effective relationships across agency and client’s multi-disciplinary teams
  • Utilizes agency resources appropriately and efficiently
  • Have a finger on the pulse of sports and culture to identify opportunities and competitive reports for client
  • Mentors more junior team members if required
  • Travel is required for this role

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 1 years of progressive marketing experience
  • 1 years agency experience preferred
  • Previous experience developing and executing campaigns with focus on sports sponsorships. Financial services experience as plus, but not required.
  • Event experience – from development and planning to onsite support
  • Solid communication skills – written and verbal
  • Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
  • Proven success in project management and in a client-facing capacity
  • Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and are able to generate estimates.
  • Must be proactive with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time efficiently between accounts and projects.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $51,500. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
