THE JOB / Creative Director - Copywriting
CREATIVE / Responsible for generating bold, innovative ideas and producing design, technology, and content for our clients’ marketing programs
It all starts with copy.
There’s nothing wrong with slick art direction or beautiful design, but when it comes to expressing crisp, clear ideas, copy is key. And that’s what we’re looking for – CD’s who are all about their craft and want to bring it to life at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and culture.
Whether it’s experiential activations, branded content, broadcast spots, or influencer campaigns, you’ve got the chops, flexibility, and most importantly conceptual skills to bring it all to life.
Oh, and you want to do that for brands like Budweiser, Delta Air Lines, Mastercard, PlayStation, and Taco Bell.
Last but not least, this is a pretty cool place to work -- and that’s coming from the people writing this job posting, not the HR department.

The work you’ll do
Specifically, you’ll team up with our media and technology teams to create exceptional content and experiences for our clients, and more importantly, the diverse and ever-changing audiences they’re trying to reach.
You’ll have to be versatile, resourceful, and confident enough to handle the different kinds of writing required. Everything from researching and crafting big conceptual press-worthy ideas and headlines, to smart and sticky digital activations that not only draw people in but keep them interested and engaged.

Who we're looking for
- At least 5-7ish years of agency experience preferred
- Current and review-ready portfolio
- Digital, social copywriting experience
- Ability to take an active part in a collaborative environment and work as part of a team
- Experience in team-based concept development, including ongoing delivery of fresh ideas
- The confidence and maturity to know that great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Except Accounting.
