Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain databases to specifications as set out by the client service team and clients
- Ensure database accuracy by reviewing data in accordance with Circana standards and checking procedures
- Dispatch databases to the client onsite or via FTP by the agreed deadline
- Manage all database requests from client service and ensure they are completed to specification and checked prior to implementation
- Contribute to client WIP processes and report to client service teams progress of tasks and expected completion dates
- Ensure turnaround time for database is within specified timeframes
- Ensure all client data errors identified are fixed and dispatched back to the client in a timely manner
- Contributes to new processes, initiatives and ideas for doing things better and more efficiently
- Understands Client Service requirements for allocated clients
- Understands Data Capture requirements for change requests and data queries
- Has knowledge of the deliverables they create and their use in the industry
We’re looking for:
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to clearly communicate concepts and ideas
- Analytical and/or critical background
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Access)
- Previous experience within FMCG preferable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Cross functional and technical skills
- Intellect and problem solving
