What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Accounting Generalist position at Circle Clothings?
The ideal candidate would have accounting and administrative reception experience, Bi-lingual is required. The ideal candidate would be an exceptional multi-tasking with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor, a customer focused attitude, willing to do any task assigned. Must be a team player and report to work as assigned, we are a fast-growing company, so being flexible to change is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Greet and assist customers, employees, and vendors in the front of the office
- Assist in performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Assist with verifying and investigating discrepancies, if any, by reconciling customer accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Assist with communicating with vendors and suppliers on payment status & invoice inquiries, etc.
- Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate
- Create and issue sales orders
- Accounts Receivables
- General bookkeeping
- Various front desk and other duties as assigned as needed by the Operations Manager.
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
- Order Entry: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
