I. Position Mission |
The Retention Marketing Manager has experience planning, developing, launching, and analyzing customer retention campaigns via email, SMS, catalogs, and other channels as they develop. Will be tasked with evolving existing strategies as well as launching new ones focusing on building customer relationships and driving repeat conversion. The Retention Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing execution of retention campaigns across select Sensaria brands to drive revenue, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. |

Working Environment and Physical Demands | Typical office environment. Requires prolonged sitting. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires a normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and answer the phone. Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read numbers, reports and computer terminals. |

III. Tasks Description – Essential Duties and Responsibilities: |
Retention Marketing (75%) · Plan and manage the retention channel calendars · Collaborate with creative, merchandising, customer service, and pricing teams to develop retention channel content that is KPI driven and supports brand and business objectives. · Define and build specific customer retention journeys that drive automated email/SMS campaigns · Perform database segmentation, identify target audiences, create email and SMS lists, purge non-deliverable addresses, opt-outs, and recipients unlikely to engage · Create meaningful A/B tests to drive learnings to improve performance and results · Spearhead data integration projects to enhance personalization and segmentation efforts · Analyze opportunities and recommend new retention channels for specific brands · Understand email HTML best practices and edit email code when necessary · Develop acquisition and segmentation strategies · Create KPI reporting, analyze results to evaluate program success, and provide data-driven insights for future efforts Marketing Communication (15%) · Be an active contributor in interdepartmental meetings and brainstorms · Champion alignment of cross-channel communication strategies for significant sales, holidays, and initiatives · Regularly meet with key stakeholders to present learnings, insights, and progress in meeting business objectives · Provide updates on the competitive landscape of our industry Growth Initiatives (10%) · Enhancement of existing efforts for database growth and channel expansion · Investigate direct marketing, push, co-branded collaboration, loyalty, etc., opportunities to enhance our communication strategy with customers and grow lifetime value. |
