Franchise Category Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Support franchise development by assisting in the franchise application process and all aspects of traditional franchise approval process. Work from home full time position. Looking for a detail oriented, highly motivated, superstar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete franchise application process for new prospects and existing franchisees by compiling, reviewing, tracking, and analyzing all documentation.

• Collection of all required documents for franchise applications for new, existing and transfer locations.

• Responsible for managing CRM systems. 

• Tracks prospects and maintains franchisee activity and records in Fran Connect.

• Support the qualification specialist in the application process.

• Prepare traditional project approval economics, present, and proctor the project approval economics call.

• Strong ability to plan, organize and multitask.

•  Able to present on project approval economics reports and knows how to plan & organize traditional & Full FRZ business.         

• Ensures delivery of routine communication on Operational Excellence programs including any changes.

• Collaborates with other departments to ensure timely ordering and delivery of needed supplies, materials for efficient rollouts.

• Ensures compliance with requirements, policies, and regulations by enforcing adherence to FRZ systems, policies and FDD regulations, advising management on needed actions.

• Create, analyze, & communicate department specific reporting to FRZ, FDM's & internal FRZ finance Dept.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

·Experience in contract or license administration, or credit analysis preferred.

·Experience in franchising environment preferred.

·Experience in Convenience store or Retail customer service helpful.  

·Must be computer literate in MS Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
