JOB SUMMARY: This individual will be responsible for clerical and data entry duties for the Supply Chain Department of the Holiday Support Facility
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Schedule and confirm vendor delivery appointments
- Setup and maintain supply purchase orders, including quantity and price changes.
- Review, match, code vendor invoices to HSF supply purchase orders and receiving reports
- Monitor Taher and H Brooks orders on a daily basis
- Print labels and pick tickets for order fillers as necessary
- Enter add-ons and adjustments to store orders as necessary
- Assist in cycle counting of smokeless tobacco
- Order gloves, hairnets and breakroom supplies and track inventory of these items
- Assist Purchasing Coordinator when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by HSF Management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities
- Good problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a group
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 year associates degree in business or accounting or equivalent work experience
- 2 years related experience
