Brand at Circle:
The brand team at Circle was established in 2016. Over the years, we’ve defined and evolved Circle’s visual language, launched thousands of iterations of circle.com, created identities such as Centre, USDC, Circle Invest, Circle Pay (our legacy consumer app) and launched the new Circle brand in Spring 2020. Today, the team is part of Circle’s marketing organization, supporting peers across demand generation, product marketing and content. We operate as the in-house creative powerhouse, responsible for upholding and developing visual design and voice through powerful brand expressions across paid campaigns, web marketing, events, social media, investor relations, employer brand, and communications, as well as design support for brands like Centre and SeedInvest, while guiding execution with agencies and across the entire company.
As designer you will play a key role in producing creative deliverables for the Circle brand and marketing campaigns. A stand-out candidate will be highly creative, resourceful, meticulous, and is appreciative of and eager to apply feedback. You’ll be a member of the broader marketing organization, reporting to the Associate Creative Director.
What you'll work on:
- Preparing images to support web marketing, social media and blog posts.
- Updating and organizing design assets and overall design ops process.
- Producing a variety of marketing deliverables including pdfs, emails, ads and more.
- Assisting with collateral, quality assurance, copyediting and quality assurance.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on brand systems and providing design ideas.

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
- Graphic Design or Digital Arts major preferred.
- 2 years of experience in-house or agency preferred.
- Experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of technology, finance, software or B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Apple MacOS preferred.
