What you’ll be responsible for:
As a Senior Product Manager for the Circle Account product, you will build next generation commercial banking experiences for our customers by harnessing the power of stablecoins and blockchain technology. Your focus will be on discovering and serving payments needs for business customers. Our Circle Account serves thousands of businesses today, and our Payments Lead will continue to build new features and products from connecting to more fiat rails, to supporting multiple fiat stablecoins, to creating innovative crypto payment experiences within the Circle Account. You will interface with customers and work closely with product design and engineering, as well as a broad set of internal teams, to conceive and launch amazing crypto and fiat payments user experiences that are used by thousands of businesses.
What you'll work on:
- You will conceive and build features and user experiences that deliver on our customers’ payments needs by leveraging an innovative infrastructure for money based on crypto assets and public blockchains. You will contribute to Circle Account’s product vision, feature set and roadmap through our Payments roadmap, working closely with the Payments platform product teams.
- You will routinely interact with customers’ business, finance, and product teams to deeply understand their needs and translate those into business cases, feature themes, product requirements, and roadmaps for our crypto payments solutions.
- You will collaborate with various teams across Circle, sharing customer pain points and discussing new product ideas, communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and gaining alignment as well as unblocking progress.
- You will partner with product designers to imagine and define new business banking experiences that are better, cheaper, faster, and more interoperable than the current generation of financial services.
- You will own categorization of customers’ needs into segments, prioritizing initiatives according to business strategy, and maintaining an up-to-date product roadmap that delivers on the crypto-enabled commercial banking product vision for the Circle Account.
- You will manage multiple parallel projects and iterations alongside engineering and ensure the delivery of feature releases along with other PMs on the Circle Account team.

Senior Product Manager
- You are a creative product mind, an avid problem solver and a highly collaborative team member.
- You have more than 4 years of technical product management or founder experience.
- You are a fantastic communicator both verbally and in writing. You are used to effectively interfacing with customers and stakeholders, as well as designers and developers.
- You are detail-oriented, highly analytical and comfortable digging into large datasets.
- You are a self-starter and fast-moving when it comes to putting plans into motion – you don't need to work from a script.
- You have a passion for fintech, blockchain technology, and Circle’s mission.
- You’re able to work effectively in a fully remote environment with teams spanning multiple time-zones. You have experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
Lead Product Manager
All the requirements of a Senior Product Manager and:
- You have more than 7 years of product management experience, having shipped several commercial products or platforms. You have experience conceiving best-in-class B2B user experiences.
- You have led several complex product initiatives from beginning to end. You have built 0 to 1 products and navigated the challenges of finding product-market fit in a fast-moving environment.
- You have previous domain expertise in payments, treasury or other regulated financial services use cases.
- You are used to leading cross-functional initiatives, and effectively interfacing with executives and external partners to get to consensus on challenging decisions.
Principal Product Manager
All the requirements of a Lead Product Manager and:
- You have more than 12 years of product management experience, having evolved product portfolios that have attracted meaningful customer adoption and generated significant revenue.
- You have owned product strategy for complex commercial products. You have experience identifying and managing risks associated with products you own.
- You have mentored other product managers in the past. You have demonstrated experience influencing partners and executives in order to achieve results.
