Our caregivers follow programs that are tailored to each individual's strengths and needs. Your job responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the people we support. The services we offer are as follows:
Attendant Care/IDLA
- Attendant Care services provide direct in-home support for those with an intellectual, developmental, or physical disability. This includes personal care services ranging from bathing, personal grooming, and errand-running to house-cleaning, washing and folding clothes, and changing linens. These services are unique to each individual, but the goal is to help people continue to live comfortably at home.
- Habilitation services develop and finetune the skills an individual needs to live an independent life at home and within the community. From fostering independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and keeping up with household demands to helping shop, use public transportation and otherwise engage within the community, Habilitation services give individuals with disabilities the foundational skills they need to succeed in their day-to-day lives.
Caregiver Requirements (before the start of employment):
- 18 years of age
- Licensed driver
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 training (available through Circles of Hope after hire)
- CPR and First Aid for Adult/Infant/Child (available with Circles of Hope after hire)
Our administrative offices are located in Gilbert, 85296. Worksite is in Tolleson.
