Knowledge and proficiency in a multitude of cooking styles would be ideal… farm to table, organic, vegan, whole food would be value added.
Job Description:
Must be proficient in various cuisines and cooking styles. Skilled in plating and presentation. Follow strict state health guidelines. Good customer service is a must as well as polite table side manners while delivering quality meals for high profile clients and executives.
Qualifications:
3 years experience plus a culinary arts degree
Must pass a blind cooking interview
