Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for Workday HCM system
- Configure and customize Workday HCM modules based on business needs
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using web services and APIs
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of system issues to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures
- Provide end-user support and training on Workday HCM functionality
Experience:
- Strong experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting Workday issues
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and web services development
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP and Meraki
- Experience working with NoSQL databases
