What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Delivery Architect - Automation position at Cisco Systems?
One of our largest CX SP Automation accounts is needing Customer SW/Automation Architect to help evolve and strtagize on addtional automation services to support the customer relationship and technical strategy. Expertise in Cisco and Open-Source network automation for business processes, network engineering, network optimizations and operations efficiencies is required. Candidate should be experienced mass-scale automation solutions and concepts that include multivendor networks including Ansible, BPA and Cisco Network Service Orchestrator.
Job responsibilities include customer technical services relationship management, alignment of services strategy with Cisco Sales and strong technical leadership on automation solutions and architectures. Expect 10% travel in not in Atlanta.
