Facilities Supervisor

Job Overview

The Facilities Supervisor is a hands-on position within the Property and Facilities Management department. Time will be split between performing hands on repairs and overseeing the work of Citadel’s maintenance mechanics, mail room, courier service and supply ordering. The Facilities Supervisor shall work closely with the Director of Property and Facilities Management and in conjunction with other business units in support of Citadel’s Value’s and Brand Promise. with building codes and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs maintenance personnel and the Mailroom & Supply Coordinator in the installation and repairs of equipment & property.
• Helps to develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all company owned/leased facilities and vehicles.
• Split time between infield hands-on mechanic work, while also helping to oversee work of maintenance mechanics.
• Implement the property maintenance schedule to ensure the efficient and timely completion of facility and maintenance items so that a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment exists for our members and employees.
• Responsible for oversight of the maintenance /functionality of Citadel’s business banking equipment, excluding computers, software, and telecommunications.
• Aids in the maintenance and monitoring of the work order system on a daily basis. Assigns tickets to maintenance mechanics and themselves to ensure an even distribution of work.
• Conducts monthly visits to retail office locations to proactively identify/repair maintenance issues.
• Helps to oversee varying sized remodel in the existing portfolio, becoming an onsite project coordinator when needed.
• Conducts regular meetings to keep staff informed and to resolve problems.
• Participates in the focal review process and makes recommendations for salary adjustments of staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 5 years facilities/ property management. Knowledge of construction management, HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry and project management.
• Supervisory experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree or Facilities certification preferred

Additional Skills/Notes

• Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret building blueprints, construction documents, and leases.
• Basic Math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required..
• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry preferred.
