Schedule: 8am-12pm, Monday-Friday.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with data collection and analysis using pivot tables and Excel.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and transcribing information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and pivot tables.
- Ability to accurately enter data and perform basic math calculations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
