As a core member of our IT team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
The IT coordinator is responsible for working with Red Team members to schedule penetration tests and other security activities as assigned to the Red Team. This position will involve working closely with development, projects teams and other areas of business and IT to ensure scheduling of activities and completion of any necessary follow-ups and reporting. Coordinator will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing administrative aspects of engagements and other duties as assigned.
Technical Expectations/Professional Practices:
- Responsible for intake, scheduling of testing requests and maintenance of the testing schedule.
- Responsible for coordinating with application points of contact to schedule recurring critical application testing.
- Liaison with contacts to schedule/verify completion of any needed validation testing.
- Interfacing with security/IT staff and business customers to evaluate projects and formulate test plans and engagement timelines.
- Performing quality control reviews to verify administrative components of testing engagements are correctly completed.
- Provide administrative support to the team on assigned projects as required.

About You:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferably in IT.
- Project management background, preferably managing technical tasks and requirements.
- Strong MS Office skills – power user mentality with capability to discover, implement and drive use of software and features that deliver additional value.
- Familiarity with risk management and/or security related certifications are a plus.
- Proven work experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role a plus.
