Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries or issues
- Maintain inventory control and stock shelves as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee documentation
- Assist in training and coaching team members to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a retail or wireless sales environment is preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving abilities
