The Fin Solutions Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:
- Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
- Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
- Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
- Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
- Strategic professional who advises on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business.
- Acts as a technical expert who acts as an advisor on significant business/product decisions
- Implements policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
- Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.
- Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred.
- CPA preferred

C13 – Governance Analyst (OrgPMO)
The Governance Analyst is as a crucial member of the Finance Chief Operating Office, who provides oversight for the compliance of Citi’s program management policy directed by the CPMC (Citi Program Management Council) . The senior analysist will be part of a broader Governance team that drives strategic program management best practices and compliance. Given the breadth of disciplines across Finance, the senior analyst will work to standardize, transform, and improve oversight processes used to track and measure compliance. The goal is to drive risk reduction in program execution, measured through well defined KPIs and other scorecard metrics. They will coordinate with enterprise functions, Risk & Control function and other Program Managers across the Finance organization to understand and implement best practices and process improvement measures.
Responsibilities:
- Support the OrgPMO through detailed analysis, reporting, and tracking of activities across finance functions, transformation program leads, and other governance responsibilities.
- Assist the OrgPMO delegate in the establishment and communication of program management policy, schedule of activities and oversight of compliance responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of materials for quarterly reviews, documenting discussions and managing agreed action items, issue tracking and other outcomes
- Coordinate with OrgPMO Lead to provide BOW oversight which may include spot checks, health checks and recommend improvements for area of focus (Treasury, Controllers, Transformation, other) to ensure policy adoption
- Work with OrgPMO Lead to develop new KPIs and Metrics to track overall health of program management compliance, leveraging best practices
- Analyze daily/monthly reports to resolve program management exceptions, quality assurance issues, including identification and tracking of dependencies, risks and issues.
- Support ongoing communication between functional units and program managers
- Support the inventory of program managers, confirming eligibility and training requirements
- Communicate key lessons learned and best practices from across initiatives; build inventory of post mortem action items and suggest improvements to be adopted across Finance program management
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in Governance, Oversight and/or compliance functions in one or more of the designated specializations mentioned above with proven success in project execution.
- Experience in supporting the development and implementation of new business processes
- Solution-oriented, consensus builder, and ability to influence adoption and change
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues
- Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and strong results orientation
- Analytical mindset to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
- A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work
- PMP certification or related experience with project management standards is preferred.
- Experience within the Financial Services or another regulated industry is preferred.
