What are the responsibilities and job description for the GF/EOT HR - CAO Project Analyst position at Citi?
The Global Functions (GF) and Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Human Resources CAO Office is seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to join our team. This individual will work closely with the Global HR team who support approximately 50,000 employees around the globe. He/she will support project management initiatives for GF/EO&T HR on a global level and become the subject matter expert on a variety of key HR tools with a focus on standardization of processes and key reporting across the Functions. This role will interact closely with key HR partners including the SHRO, HR Advisor teams, HR Professional Services, HR Control and Compliance and HR Shared Services among other key functional partners.
The position requires a highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated successes in complex organizational initiatives. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for regular status reports and presentations associated with programs/projects outlined as well as ad hoc project work. He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with people across various functional departments and geographies to facilitate project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the GF/EO&T SHRO and CAO on various requests and key initiatives throughout the year such as regulatory requirements and reporting, creating talking points and reference materials, offsite planning and team engagement
- Liaise with members of the CAO team, HCRA partners and broader Global Functions colleagues on reporting, data and opportunities

Representative for GF/EO&T HR as the Sector Lead for:
- Reduction in Force (RIF) process; create, implement and manage a maintenance program, including the upkeep of records in the management system (RMS)
- Citi Gratitude, New Hire Survey and Exit Interview Tool; support the work completed to date by continuing to influence the adoption of the tools globally
- Partner closely with the Senior Global Functions HR team to understand current processes and needs in order to streamline processes and keep abreast of current practices and needs
- Coordinate research efforts to help solve problems as well as innovate new approaches
- Manage ad hoc projects on a short turnaround time and create ad hoc presentation materials as needed
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience working on large scale projects including experience in project tracking and issue management
- Ability to identify opportunities and risks and put forward proposals for improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using large datasets, synthesizing data and using it to tell a story
- Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate with diverse teams comprised of many backgrounds, perspectives and skill-sets
- Flexible and highly adaptable to change
