The IS Prof Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. This Program was established in late 2011 to address a specific need to perform detailed analysis of entitlements on workers that transfer between business units where the combination is considered High Risk. The overall objective will be to ensure that ICG businesses comply with the Citi Information Security policies, standards, and practices regarding worker access and entitlement reviews with a focus on Segregation of Duties (SOD) within these high risk businesses. The candidate will primarily work with the ICG High Risk Transfer team as well as the in-business network of Information Security Officers (ISOs), Business unit Managers, Application Managers, and Information Security Admin groups to meet ongoing targets.
Responsibilities:
- Data Gathering, Analysis, Review, Follow-up and Closure of individual High Risk Transfer Events within ICG
- Implement process efficiencies in support of team objectives
- Work with Information Security Officers (ISOs) as well as business staff to gain a better understanding of the applications/functions commonly used by the businesses
- Work with Citi Application Managers to better understand the functionality of the entitlements that feed the Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS) for the target applications
- Document Information gathered at the application and function level so entitlement information can be centrally stored and available to stakeholders (Managers, Reviewers, ISOs) as needed
- Assist initiatives to support new business or processes
- Work with the ICG Information Security Core team to implement new rules to scan for Segregation of Duties
Qualifications:
- Ability to resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes
- Must have very strong written/verbal communication skills to interact with high-level senior managers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Archer are a plus
- Must have intermediate MS Excel skills with ability to leverage the tool to perform tasks more efficiently
- Knowledge of internal systems such as EERS (Enterprise Entitlement Review System) and Citi System Inventory (CSI) are a plus
- Should have an understanding of application access entitlements
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be a delivery-oriented person and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
