JOB TITLE:  Arena Maintenance

ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: FireLake Arena

SUPERVISOR: Arena Maintenance Supervisor

PAY RANGE:  $12.00 – $15.00

FSLA:  Non- Exempt

ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS:     In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.

JOB SUMMARY: Preparing the arena for various events and functions. This would include setup for Potawatomi Fire Basketball games, concerts, and other events.  Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the FireLake Arena Equipment, Facilities, and Grounds.

• Must be insurable through CPN and have a valid Oklahoma drivers license CDL License Preferred

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Game day operations for the Potawatomi Fire Basketball team. 
• Responsible for setup/teardown of chairs, tables, and other duties involved in Arena functions. 
• Responsible for onsite monitoring of facilities during events.
• Other duties include moving heavy items such as office furniture, file cabinets and displays; loading and unloading and assembling newly bought items; painting, operate some power tools and heavy equipment(s), general maintenance duties.
• Responsible for performing general housekeeping/maintenance duties which include vacuum, sweeping, mop, dust, clean windows and pull trash.
• Duties include maintenance operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of FireLake Arena.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform other duties and projects as required by management
• Be available when needed in all areas of the facilities.
• May be required to work outside assigned schedule and over-time as      needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

•   High School diploma or GED equivalent
•   Must be insurable through CPN and have a valid Oklahoma drivers license
•   Ability to complete job tasks in a timely manner 
•   Ability to use standard janitorial supplies and equipment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sitting or standing or walking for long periods      of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger      dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and      visual acuity
• Working with strong chemicals
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Occasional lifting (up to 100 lbs)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Outside environment  (hot weather and cold weather)
