Description

The Data and Technology Support Analyst is a professional responsible for primarily supporting the technical operations functions of Wealth Management’s Infrastructure and Support Team. 


The Data and Technology Support Analyst  role will be responsible to:

  • Deliver superior levels of service to internal clients, which may include working with an impacted colleague directly or facilitating/ representing the colleague with a dedicated corporate area

  • Ensure timely and well organized communication, both written or verbal, to any users impacted by incidents/ issues as well as senior management (including any proposals around changes to be implemented)

  • Support teammates regularly, primarily in the form of consistently performing against existing policies/ procedures/ expectations in a timely and accurate manner; fulfill assigned responsibilities within established SLA’s or deadlines

  • Strive for operational efficiency, including seizing opportunities to improve processes, time management practices and tools

  • Assess, execute and monitor system integrations and/or data feed transmissions

  • Contribute towards maintaining a strong risk management environmentacross the Wealth division with a focus on operational, compliance, strategic and/or reputation risks as appropriate based on responsibilities

  • Attention to detail, including thoroughly executing assigned deliverables

  • Ability to effectively work collaboratively with other team members

  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet individual deadlines

  • Motivated/ driven to succeed and continuously improve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS applications (primarily Excel, SharePoint and Access)

  • 1-3 years of related experience in a technology/ data environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer science, statistics, math, or business administration) desired; advanced degree a plus
