Summary
The Product Management – Product Analyst utilizes their extensive knowledge of back-office operations, Treasury Management services and customer needs to assist in the development and maintenance of assigned Treasury Management products. This detailed knowledge allows the position to translate bank and customer needs and functional application deficiencies into system requirements. The position directly supports the Senior Product Manager with ongoing product management and development initiatives for all Treasury Management product lines, including development support, testing and ongoing maintenance. The position works extensively with development team members to ensure the technical implementation of enhancements fulfill the product vision as defined by Product Management; with Operations and IT to oversee/track product performance issues and corrective action; performs extensive evaluation and testing validation; assists with RFP responses; assists with troubleshooting/resolution of escalated customer issues; and assists in creating exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Become bank’s SME for assigned products; uses extensive knowledge of applications, specs, implementation and user interface to ensure optimal product development and rollout of new products/enhancements
- Partner with Operations to ensure appropriate product stability and efficient escalation and resolution protocol of (process/procedure) issues
- Work with IT on continuous improvement of production environment (systems/applications)
- Product Management liaison with Business/Application Analyst during product development, enhancement, and/or issue resolution change management processes
- Critically evaluate information gathered from internal and external sources to understand situational/environmental issues, translate into straightforward analysis, and develop recommendations for resolution
- Understand how to interpret customer business needs using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis and translate them into application requirements
- Work with Product Owners to develop accurate and relevant test plans
- Develop and maintain accurate and relevant User Acceptance Test cases to demonstrate client experience during development/enhancement/issue resolution change management processes
- Execute test cases and report findings to Product Owners
- Coordinate feedback from all testers executing UAT to the Product Owner
- Perform assigned post-implementation activities to include quality testing, issue resolution, and call log management
- Assist with implementation of developed and/or enhanced products
- Assist with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products
- Develop and enhance professional rapport with all areas of the bank
- Assist/participate in Disaster Recovery and business continuity testing exercises
- Comply with and stay abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job
- Provide, present and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers

Qualifications:
Good project management skills, excellent research skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines is a must. Excellent customer service skills, solid business writing skills and extensive User Acceptance Testing experience necessary, Good negotiation skills preferred.

Education and/or Experience
- At least 4 years of Bank Operations experience
- At least 4 years supporting Treasury Management products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Fiserv Premier background preferred
- In-depth knowledge of banking and back-office operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- End-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- UAT Test script development
Language Skills
Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and draw bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have. MS: Excel, Word, Mail, Project, Sharepoint, Powerpoint.

CTP a plus
