Citizens First Bank is seeking a friendly, customer service-focused Personal Banker to add to our Belleview Branch. As a Personal Banker, you’ll provide our customers with exceptional service – having expertise in personal finance and the ability to perform Teller functions for the branch. You’ll be the go-to for various customer inquiries – providing an array of services and building customer trust and managing long-term banking relationships.

Qualifications
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required, one year in a customer service/retail environment and one to two years as a Teller. Must be able to complete ICBA’s Universal Banker Certificate Program within first year of hire. Must be detail oriented, have good general math skills, letter composition and typing skills. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and skilled in using a 10-key calculator.
Must be able to withstand varying degrees of stress and must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision. Must have the ability to meet and greet internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in branch activities and displaying positive behavior.
Preferred: Previous two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and two years of experience as a Teller or in a combined role in a banking or related environment. Completed ICBA’s Universal Banker Certificate Program and CFT courses in consumer and mortgage lending or other accredited programs.
