Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available at our Operations Center in Bluffton, Ohio for a Marketing Communications Coordinator. In this role you will promote the products, services, and image of Citizens National Bank through print, broadcast, and direct mail advertising; electronic media; and community support. This position interacts extensively with the marketing director, marketing coordinators and other bank employees, community groups, and vendors.

A typical day may include the following:

• Writing advertising copy for campaigns and promotions.
• Writing articles for bank newsletters, interviewing customers and employees as appropriate.
• Writing copy for website and social media postings as appropriate.
• Ability to edit graphics as needed using Adobe Suite.
• Management of bank email marketing program using Constant Contact, using basic design skills.
• Management of bank CRM Marketing Program- setting up campaigns, monitoring results.
• Event coordination- including customer appreciation days, community banking month, others as needed.
• Assist in maintenance and on-going development of the bank website using WordPress.
• Participation on Marketing Strategy Team.
• Participation in community organizations/activities as needed.
• Performance of activities to meet compliance guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, public relations or marketing; or equivalent job experience.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing (Adobe Suite) and word processing.
• Demonstrated creativity.
• Experience in basic HTML website maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work productively with peers, management, and vendors and represent bank professionally in public.
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
