Who are you?
Are you someone with great attention to detail and strong communication skill? Do you have prior mortgage lending or related experience? If so, our Loan Specialist Assistant position could be the perfect opportunity! As a Loan Specialist Assistant, your responsibilities would include performing various clerical and administrative duties to assist our Mortgage Loan Sales Officers, including data entry, processing, documentation, and loan maintenance. This position also assists mortgage lenders with processing clients’ loan applications to ensure clients have an outstanding borrowing experience. Requirements:
Some college or technical school courses in related field AND 4-6 years of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Certifications:
NMLS (within 1 year of employment)
