The salary range for this position is $216,000 - $324,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Business Intelligence (BI) function as a center of excellence or reporting utility within the organization.
- Developing and implementing BI strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and reporting solutions.
- Managing a team of BI professionals responsible for data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and data governance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into actionable BI solutions that drive informed decision-making.
- Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of BI infrastructure and tools to support the organization's evolving data needs.
- Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in BI and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the function.
Experience and Skills:
- 10 years of experience in leading business intelligence teams or related functions.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Experience working in a matrix environment with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
