Citrin Hospitality is a restaurant group based out of Los Angeles County. The group is founded by LA native chef and restaurant owner, Josiah Citrin. We currently oversees 7 restaurants: Melisse (2 Michelin stars) & Citrin(1 Michelin stars), Charcoal Venice, Charcoal Sunset, Dear Jane's, Dear John's, and Augie's on Main. At Citrin Hospitality we believe in the pursuit of excellence in everything we do from operations to service. We are looking for an in-house bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data of all restaurants. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company on QuickBooks
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Restaurant Operation knowledge preferable
