Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls in a professional manner, and forward messages to the corresponding party, as needed.
2. Screening clients, visitors and direct them to the proper staff,
3. Make copies, filing, and other duties, as assigned.
4. Assist with client’s appointment.
5. Be able to perform data entry duties on patient information, appointments, etc.
6. Serve as Cashier for clinic patients, as needed.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma, or its equivalent.
2. Ability to set priorities, especially with a large volume of calls and clients in the reception area.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Good communication skills (written and oral)
5. Computer knowledge, knowledge of Word, excel, etc.
6. Ability to be trained in different computers applications related to patient information, appointments’ on line, etc.
