Spa Manager / Citrus Massage

Citrus Massage is an emerging massage brand that people are actually talking about!

Built around self-care, kindness, people and community, we’re searching for a purpose-driven, goal-oriented, motivated, compassionate, and energetic person to join our brand as “Spa Manager” at our new location in Gilbert, Arizona.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily spa operations
• Build, manage and maintain relationships with Massage Therapists, Estheticians and Front Desk staff
• Become proficient in our software system (MindBody)
• Oversee efficiency of massage schedule (including time off requests/schedule changes)
• Conduct monthly check-in meetings with all staff members, and host group team meetings when needed
• Be point of contact for call outs five days/week (before/after spa hours)
• Host interviews/practicals for potential new hires
• Train/on-board all new hires
• Have direct/tough conversations and implement disciplinary action (including up to termination)
• Create weekly inventory lists
• Run payroll
• Oversee all customer and member relations
• Attend weekly manager meetings with owners

Qualifications:

• Management experience required (2-4 years preferred)
• Bachelor Degree (preferred)
• Ability to lead a team of 20-30 people
• Ability to problem solve, multitask, resolve conflict, and manage time efficiently
• Aptness in goal setting, organization, communication (written and verbal) and punctuality
• Must be good with people and developing positive relationships
• Spa experience (not mandatory, but a plus)

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
