Yedla Hotel Group is excited to be expanding our team at the NEWLY OPENED Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at Flamingo Crossings! We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals who have a passion for guest service to join our team as a part time and/or full-time Bartender!
Our Bartenders are responsible for providing our guests with an outstanding guest experience. The bartender must be able to meet all the needs of our guests by taking, making, and serving orders while captivating them to come back again. You should be able to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails while keeping the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.
Flexible availability in scheduling is a must! Looking the right person to join our team working 3-5 days a week. You must be available to work as early as 11:00am and as late as 12:00am depending on business levels and day of the week. Must be available to work flexible hours and have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
Responsibilities of a Bartender:
Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar guests
Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
Communicating with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Making menu recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences
Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
Checking guests' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Knows and can describe food and beverage menu
Bartender Job Requirements:

Ability to accurately prepares all beverages in accordance with recipes and standards.
Additional Job Requirements
Lifts and transports boxes and kegs up to 100 lbs. from back of house to front.
Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service areas.
Walks and stands during entire shift
Read, speak, and fully comprehend English
Other duties as assigned
