Position: Full-Charge Accounts Receivable Specialist
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Quickbooks
Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports related to accounts receivable
• Initiate calls to customers for payment follow-ups
• Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Prepare accurate monthly statements for review
• Collaborate with the CFO to provide insightful A/R analysis and updates
• Handle all aspects of accounts receivable management

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Quickbooks accounting software
• Proven track record with at least 5 years of hands-on A/R experience
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in preparing financial reports is essential
