GROWTH INITIATIVES IMPLEMENTATION & OPTIMIZATION MGR
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This position works as part of the Strategy, Marketing, and CX (SMX) organization to maximize the value of bespoke business data to identify, implement, and optimize new and existing initiatives to drive revenue in a B2B2C market by combining qualitative and quantitative insights to track program performance and identify programmatic optimization. As necessary the analytics manager may also work on servicing initiatives that enable operational efficiencies and cost saves. The focus of this role is action orientated and thus requires a leader that can provide actionable recommendations and insights by interpreting diverse inputs spanning qualitative conversations with key internal/external partners as well as data driven analysis. Furthermore, this position will help incubate ideas in pilot format for future rollout in partnership with the broader marketing team. This position will be a critical member for the SMX team with a diverse set of deliverables requiring an analytic thinker/doer with appropriate business acumen to overlay industry specific context to any analysis. The nature of this role can and will span: Program Identification in Partnership w/Internal and External Partners, Program Incubation for Rollout, Program Measurement and Recommendations, Development and Implementation of Segmentation, Defining and Executing Targeting Criteria for various, ongoing programs, Digital Funnel/Journey measurement, Partnering with Experts to Define and Oversee other strategic analytics initiatives (propensity model, territory modeling, etc.).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Consulting – Engage with internal and external parties to understands desired outcomes and opportunities. Recommends a solution, and follows-through with pilot implementation.- Measurement Expertise – Own measurement and reporting of key programs to make optimization recommendations.
- Analysis - Conduct exploratory data analysis to provide action orientated insights.
- Business Acumen - Understand business drivers in order to apply context to the data.
- Partner with Salesforce team to influence CRM strategy to ensure data collection, usability, and value of marketing programs.
- Partner with Technology and CX colleagues to ensure appropriate measurement tollgates are built into new experiences to measure and improve future designs.
- Storytelling with Visuals & Data – Represent complex concepts and frameworks in simple to understand visuals. Communicate relevant points of the analysis clearly & concisely, distilling key points and simplifying to drive understanding and action.
- Influence - Garner support for recommendations and influence business strategy.
- Implement – Segmentation frameworks that help us optimize sales and service initiatives for Advisors and Clients.
- Educate –Key leaders by tracking and reporting across key marketing programs and digital experiences to inform what happened and so what/now what.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree MBA Preferred
- 5 years relevant analytical experience in operating with large data sets, extracting insights and presenting recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- 5 years Experience and ability to operate with multiple systems to access information needed to complete assigned tasks.
- Prior consulting experience is a plus
- Experience designing and implementing highly visible, complex, and innovative analytical solutions that drive business or organizational decision making
- 5 years demonstrated domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as go-to market strategies, relationship management, business analytics, client/market research etc.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and fostering relationships with internal and external partners and clients
Skills and Knowledge
- MBA preferred
- 7-10 years relevant experience working to identify strategic marketing growth programs in partnership with sales teams. Capable of identifying ideas, gaining buy-in, and driving market implementation.
- 7-10 years relevant analytical experience in operating with large data sets, extracting insights and presenting recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- 7-10 years in marketing roles spanning go-to market strategies, relationship management, business analytics, client/market research etc.
- Prior consulting experience is a plus
- Strong presence and communication skills; relationship builder with strong problem solving, execution oriented and ability to influence and drive change.

- Demonstrated success in establishing and fostering relationships with internal and external partners and clients
