This is accomplished by receiving and storing inventory, setting up and breaking down portables and assisting with inventory needs during events.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The information listed below is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of this position. Studies past event records and assists Concessions Manager in determining par levels and product orders needed for upcoming events. Stocks stand locations prior to events. Assists Concessions Manager with monthly inventory of all concession locations including warehouse and portables. Receives deliveries and reconciles the product with the shipping invoice. Secures and stores deliveries until event date. Performs portable set up by ensuring portables are stocked with beverages, products and ice and placed in the designated location. Assists lead stand attendants with inventory and equipment needs during events by retrieving additional inventory and replacing equipment. Secures concourse and inventory upon event conclusion by moving remaining beverages and product to the dock and verifying the count, emptying water and ice, storing portables, removing trash, cleaning, organizing and locking all food and beverage locations.

ReadingBasic - Ability to recognize meaning of common two- or three-syllable words. Ordinarily, such education is obtained in elementary school up to high school. However, it may be obtained from experience and self-study.MathBasic - Ability to perform the four basic arithmetic operations. Ordinarily, such education is obtained in elementary school up to high school.
